The Lima Noon Sertoma Speech-Language Pathology Scholarship

Our Speech-Language Pathology Scholarship was established by the Lima Noon Sertoma Club as part of their mission as a speech and hearing service organization, in order to provide support to graduate students in speech pathology.  The club established this scholarship in 2010 to support students who wish to pursue careers as speech-language pathologists.

The Lima Noon Sertoma Speech-Language Pathology scholarship recognizes the important contributions of a profession that is, in the words of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, dedicated to “making effective communication, a human right, accessible and achievable for all.”   $55,000 in scholarships have been given out since 2010.

Lima Noon Sertoma has partnered with Bowling Green State University’s Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders to offer Scholarship Awards to second year graduate students.  This award is presented in April. Awarding two $2500.
